Integration Engineer

Overview

Resolve EV powertrain HW/SW issues, support customers, and collaborate with R&D.

Tasks

-Develop a strong understanding of IRP’s technology and its solutions. -Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements. -Analyzing and resolving customers’ technical issues (SW and HW related - hands on), remotely and on site. -Maintaining electrical equipment. -Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. -Establishing and maintaining great customer relations. -Preparing technical documentation and conducting training sessions for customers. -Collaborating with R&D, sales, and product teams to ensure best technical solutions and effective bugs fixing.

What You Bring

-A-A2 motorcycle driving license. -Effective communication, perseverance, problem solving, customer support focus and team oriented. -Must be able to read and interpret data, information, schematics, and documents. -Willingness to travel abroad. -Positive attitude, problem solver with good communication skills. -At lease 4 years of experience as an Integration engineering -High level of English - must. -Bachelor's Engineer in Electronics. -Experience in Electrical motion systems / Automotive. -Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism. -Can learn and apply new information or skills.
