Tasks

-Works with project team members by planning, organizing and managing aspects of a large-scale project. -Interfaces with Clients, Client representatives, Consultants and other disciplines. -Assists with negotiating fees and contracts. -Actively coordinates with internal and external team members. -Prepares schedules and fee charts. -Provides on-going communication through team meetings/minutes/up-date memos to project team.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required. -10+ years of relevant experience in building design and project management. -Experience working on public projects in the New York Metro market (DDC, SCA, NYCHA, PANYNJ, MTA, etc.) is preferred. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Professional License is a plus.
