Tasks

-Apply lessons learned from project experiences and constructively incorporate feedback -Assist with drawing and specification control, ensuring current versions are properly tracked and distributed -Maintain organized project documentation using consistent filing systems and naming conventions -Support change order processes with thorough document control and distribution -Organize and manage RFI documentation, ensuring clear questions and proper tracking of responses -Adheres to established safety protocols and procedures -Collect and organize project data accurately to support data-driven decision making -Document project meetings with comprehensive notes capturing decisions and action items -Support material and equipment management through effective tracking and vendor communication -Participate in cross-departmental communications to support effective project delivery -Organize project closeout by systematically collecting and submitting required documentation -Perform and organize basic material quantity takeoffs -Provide field coordination support with clear and timely communication -Support project teams with coordination and tracking of off-site fabrication work scopes -Assist with subcontractor management by documenting activities, workforce levels, and schedule progress -Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment -Maintains thorough, accurate records and provides clear status updates -Prepare, track, and distribute basic submittals according to project requirements

-Technical Skills -Adaptability when facing changing circumstances or priorities -Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field of study (or equivalent experience) -Strong organizational and communication skills -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Proficiency in tracking and managing submittals, RFIs, and change documentation -Ability to maintain organized filing systems with consistent naming conventions -Clear written and verbal communication -Willingness to learn and develop professional skills -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently -Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology -Basic material quantity takeoff and verification skills -Excellent organizational skills for both physical and digital information -Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed -Understanding of basic construction terminology, documents, and project lifecycle -Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality -Reliable team support with a collaborative approach to problem-solving -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work products -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam (basic), and Viewpoint (basic) -Follows direction accurately and asks appropriate questions -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
