Tasks

-Liaising with architects, contractors, and other design professionals. -Maintaining company standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. -Providing structural surveying and planning advice. -Supporting junior engineers with ambition to take on a more managerial role. -Producing detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports. -Working on residential and commercial schemes from concept to construction. -Managing communication with clients throughout each project.

What You Bring

-Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. -Competent in AutoCAD and Tekla (experience with Revit, Site3D, or Flow beneficial but not essential). -Some experience in managing/mentoring junior team members. -Proactive and capable of managing workload with minimal supervision. -Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. -Excellent communication and IT skills. -Strong report writing and presentation skills.
