- Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the wider site team to maintain build quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation.
- Help coordinate site setup, logistics, and traffic management.
- Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring work is completed to programme and specification.
- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure all Health & Safety, CDM, and environmental standards are maintained.
- Assist with quality inspections, setting out, and monitoring construction progress.

- Strong understanding of build processes and site coordination.
- Experience within residential construction, ideally with a UK housebuilder.
- Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office, digital site systems).
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety and quality management.
- Confident communicator and natural team player.
