  • Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the wider site team to maintain build quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation.
  • Help coordinate site setup, logistics, and traffic management.
  • Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring work is completed to programme and specification.
  • Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, CDM, and environmental standards are maintained.
  • Assist with quality inspections, setting out, and monitoring construction progress.

  • Strong understanding of build processes and site coordination.
  • Experience within residential construction, ideally with a UK housebuilder.
  • Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office, digital site systems).
