Oversee plant maintenance for metal conductor equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, efficiency.

Tasks
-Assist in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions. -Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks. -Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. -Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimal production downtime. -Continuously analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements. -Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. -Ensure optimal performance of all plant machinery, including wire drawing machines, annealing units, stranding machines, extrusion lines, and related utilities. -Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. -Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies (using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, etc.). -Coordinate with the production and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations.
