-Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams -Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to maintain project communication and correspondence, prepare project closeout packages, and contribute to necessary project management document packages -Bachelor’s degree -Experience working in an A/E/C consulting environment -2-5 years of related experience in project management -Prior experience with document or records management, particularly in a regulated industry like engineering or construction -Design and Construction document familiarity (Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documents, etc) -Strong analytical & Problem-solving skills -Strong organizational skills and attention to details -Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, and Document Management Systems
