Tasks
The Civil Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing activities of Projects, Business Units & Management to meet internal and external customers' requirements. -Responsible for Setting Supply Chain yearly Objectives & Goals & put up the same for Executive Manager Supply Chain approval. -Approve & Manage staff training issues. -Manage the process for finding strong suppliers/logistics providers to develop a consolidated base to meet current and future needs. -Responsible for strategic supplier management including selection, qualification, contracts, and negotiations. -Maintain an updated knowledge of KSA custom & clearance policy, administrative regulations and legal requirements that relate to the purchase goods. -In coordination with Legal Advisor responsible for preparing contract drafts. -Review market, price, delivery conditions, and trends to determine present and future material availability. -Analyzing the status report of Purchase Request & Purchase Orders & then takes appropriate actions to resolve any expected Problems. -Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to higher management. -Reviewing & Approving Comparison sheet according to his authorization limits. -Negotiate, Sign & Manage contracts/orders with suppliers of material and services according to his authorization limits. -Preparation & pre-negotiation for contracts/orders of material & service which has value higher than his authorization limits. -Work closely with all concerned support functions to ensure purchasing needs are being met.

What You Bring
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in procurement within the construction or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Experience with ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
