The Role
Overview
Lead and manage a team of estate agents, drive sales, and ensure compliance.

Tasks
-Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs -Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies -Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) -Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers -Encourage your teams development and progression -Negotiating offers and agreeing sales -Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s

What You Bring
-We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment. -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) -Ability to work under own initiative -Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other -The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch -Attention to detail -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors -Good telephone manner -Full UK Driving Licence -Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads -A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency -Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher -Strong focus on generating new and repeat business -Drivers Licence Check -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle -Proof of Address
