Tasks

As a Fabrication Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings that guide the manufacturing of custom items. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, senior designers, and factory teams to deliver high-quality visualisations and technical plans. Your role will also involve liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. -Participate in design meetings and supplier coordination. -Support quotation processes using CCE estimating software integrated with Sage 200. -Conduct occasional site visits to gather dimensions and gain practical experience. -Develop fabrication designs for bespoke manufactured items. -Create scaled plans, elevations, schematics, and detailed drawings from various sources. -Assist in client communications, approvals, and project documentation. -Promote ENSE suppliers and negotiate finders/retro fees where applicable. -Produce 3D visualisations and support design distribution.
