Tasks

-Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations -Develop account strategies to achieve the customer’s business goals, leveraging the company’s entire service and product portfolio -Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities -Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area and lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals -Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving to a financial target and outstanding customer satisfaction and retention -Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work -Engineering HVAC or Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems

What You Bring

-On-the-job experience working within: -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship -(Fire specific)NICET Level 1 certification required -Demonstrated experience in the building technology industry -(Automation specific)Demonstrated experience in demand side energy services or Certified Energy Manager preferred -(Security specific) Physical Security Professional ASIS certification preferred -Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems -Associate degree from a two-year/technical college or bachelor's degree -Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations -Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills -High school diploma or state-recognized GED -(Fire specific)NICET Level II preferred
