Tasks
-Support incident response planning and ensure governance integration. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization. -Establish and maintain a governance framework for decision-making and accountability. -Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure alignment and communication. -Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with global frameworks. -Oversee risk management activities and ensure timely audits and assessments. -Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. -Define KPIs and deliver governance performance reports to leadership.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with globally dispersed teams. -Extensive experience with risk management and accepted threat assessment protocols. -Program Management Experience with background in Kanban, Lean Six Sigma or comparable experience. -Position may require up to 25% travel, domestic and international. -Experience in designing or managing cybersecurity governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443) or related processes -5+ years of program management experience in governance or risk frameworks. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field. -6+ years of cybersecurity-related experience. -Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, encryption technologies, endpoint protection) is a plus.
