Tasks

-Maintain, test, inspect and repair fire detection and suppression systems in line with Australian Standards, Defence requirements and manufacturer specifications -Ensure compliance with essential service maintenance requirements and certification processes -Ensure all records and test results are completed accurately and entered into systems -Complete scheduled maintenance activities and respond to corrective maintenance tasks -Liaise with Defence representatives regarding system status, maintenance requirements and outages

What You Bring

-Fire Protection Accreditation (FPAA) (desirable) -Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required) -Certificate III in Fire Systems Testing and Inspections -Current Open Driver's Licence. -Industry experience in fire systems inspection, testing, maintenance and repair -QBCC Fire Protection Licence (QLD), or FPAS Accreditation (NSW)
