Overview

Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems and supervise crews after hours

Tasks

-Keeping truck and machine in working condition -Work after hours once facilities are closed, in and outside -Inspections, clean up and some maintenance -Taking photos of work -Getting to per-scheduled appointments on time -Filling out paperwork -Cleaning kitchen exhaust systems including fans

What You Bring

-Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers. -Often work alone with a helper and must be able to interact professionally with restaurant management and staff and be honest and trustworthy -Roof, filters, working safely with ladders and chemicals -Strong diligence and accuracy -Work with hand/power tools -HS Diploma or equivalent, required. -Driving to and from job to shop -Collaborator and ability to work with all levels of employees. -Demonstrate critical/ safety forward thinking skills. -Light mechanical ability, preferred. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. -Leadership skills, ability to motivate, provide direction, required. -Must be able to comply with SFS’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
