Tasks

-Partners with Regional Sales Managers to develop and drive regional distribution growth sales plans -Performs a monthly review of the channel for internal stakeholders, including POS and Distributor booking growth vs peers and across the electronics industry -Coordinates activities with Product Management and Pricing teams to maximize product line growth with assigned distributors -Develops and drives growth strategies for new and existing product portfolio -Develops and executes a process for maintaining excellent distributor scorecard performance -Analyzes sales trends to maximize customer reach, inventory requirements and growth opportunities -Develops and executes a consistent QBR process with our top 4 distribution parts, and an ABR with the balance -Monitors competitive market intelligence and trends to modify strategy -Build influential relationships with senior leadership at our distribution partners -Partners with marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns

What You Bring

-Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments -Strong oral and written communication skills -10-15 years of electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience -Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or technical degree preferred -Ability to travel an estimated 25% as required to support distributors
