Calling All Façade Technical/Design Director Candidates With Current Or Previous Experience Working In The Middle East.

As Head Of The Technical Department, you'll be a nature leader responsible for dealing with demanding clients, all the while, managing a team of 20+ Designers of various levels.

The role will not outsourced in anyway and will be responsible for recruitment and steady growth of the technical team.

Acting as a key client interface at technical and project delivery level, providing Client care and development
Lead on preparation of the composition and submission of the Commercial aspects of PQQ/RFP including co- ordinating cross functional teams in support of this process.

If you're a Building Envelope Technical/Design Director that has current or previous experience in the Middle East, look no further.

Fabrication very aware and if from a main contracting or consultancy background, someone able to think like a sub-contractor and right at the sharp end of the construction process
Understand construction and facade design, as well as open to automation and dynamic control of design
Familiar with Solidworks, Inventor, Autodesk, Logical, Revit and/or Staad software
Strong desire to manage, mentor and train junior staff
