-Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. -Manage electrical scope on ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. -Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and on-site supervision of electrical subcontractors. -Maintain client communication and manage project documentation. -Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead electrical efforts on ground-up multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Proven experience managing electrical work on multifamily ground-up construction projects. -Experience with project management software and budgeting tools. -Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
