Tasks

-Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. -Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs. -Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in Conversational AI, and champion the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. -Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and sales enablement. -Engage directly with our customer base to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive the adoption of new Conversational AI products and features. -Lead the execution of the product strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to post-launch adoption and iteration. -Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation

What You Bring

-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. -Experience with Agile development methodologies. -A willingness to travel occasionally as required. -3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. -AI governance principles and best practices. -Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. -Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols. -Experience in the multifamily PropTech space is a strong plus. -Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps. -Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including: -Machine learning concepts and applications.
