Began as a Windsor-based engineering design firm and expanded to Michigan and Texas.
Evolved into two core units: engineering consulting/design and technical & professional staffing services.
Works across civil, structural, mechanical, industrial, and R&D fields, offering turnkey engineering and supplemental labor.
Known for supporting OEMs and manufacturing industries, handling program launches, model changeovers, and lean/quality improvements.
Delivers CAD/CAM design, FEA, CFD, equipment support, and drafting for complex projects.
Embeds civil engineers in municipal and research projects, developing novel construction products with university partners.
Provides staff supplementation via direct placement, contract, or contract-to-hire solutions, matching technical talent to specialized needs.
Unprisingly, many employee-developed inventions become customer property under confidential programs.
