Tasks

-Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and training programs -Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports and corrective actions -Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards -Support project teams with pre-start meetings, method statements and RAMS reviews -Conduct site audits, inspections and risk assessments -Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture -Oversee and manage all SHEQ activities across multiple construction projects

With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation for quality and safety, they are now looking to appoint an experienced SHEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across multiple projects. -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and construction standards -NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential) -Experience with ISO management systems and audit processes -Previous experience as a SHEQ or H&S Manager within the construction industry (main contracting background preferred)
