What You Bring

-Professional credentials such as CEP, RA, PE, or similar (beneficial, not required). -Experience with Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac or HUD scope projects -Experience using Quire or similar reporting platforms. -Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines) -Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments. -Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (not required). -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines. -Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) certifications. -Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections. -Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
