The Role

Overview

Drive strategic account growth, solution selling, and secure long-term contracts for key accounts.

Tasks

-Prioritization: Manages and coordinates multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completes tasks accurately and timely. -Deliver presentations as a team to execute or close an opportunity. -Align efforts to avoid overlap and maximize revenue potential. -Report progress and align on execution plan -Work alongside AEs to complement operational selling with strategic initiatives. -Structure contracts with clear milestones and growth KPIs. -Problem Solving: Assesses situations quickly, reviews options, plans solutions and acts with urgency. -Identify opportunities to solution sell within key accounts. -Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth. -Leverage data and market trends to proactively position DMGs value proposition. -Build executive relationships to influence customer decision-making. -Align with team to execute and deliver on solution. -Lead executive-level discussions to position DMG as a strategic partner. -Secure long-term agreements that align with the customers strategic objectives. -Track and advance strategic opportunities from identification to contract closure.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. -Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail without losing the big picture. -Time Management: Dedicates appropriate time to priorities, not easily distracted, and follows-up appropriately. -10+ years of related sales experience. -Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs. -Analytical: ability to compile, summarize, analyze, report and action data. -Networking: Ability to make connections easily and build relationships with new and existing customers. -Be able to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company. -Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making. -Communication & Presentation: Conveys information to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Uses written and verbal communication and presentation skills appropriately. -Experience in complex sales organizations. -Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent sales experience. -Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging.
