What You Bring

On behalf of our client J Coffey Construction, we’re seeking an experienced on-site and hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join their growing water infrastructure team. This role focuses on delivering key Severn Trent projects across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire, depending on project requirements, contributing to essential water network upgrades and maintenance. -Knowledge or understanding of formworks or reinforced concreting. -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experience. -Experience working as part of a tier 2 subcontractor. -Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the water/utilities, or civil engineering background. -Strong NEC contract knowledge. -Familiarity with AMP7 or AMP8 frameworks (or similar regulated water programmes). (Desirable) -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
