-Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay request -Prepare monthly owner billings -Review and audit reconciliations -Maintain and monitor job files and document control -Audit monthly state use tax returns -Prepare various accounting reports -Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues -Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
