Tasks
This role focuses on leading broker relations — optimizing engagement strategies, improving performance, and strengthening partnerships across the residential real estate market. You’ll lead the department that supports all Residential Sales and Leasing Brokers, ensuring alignment with the company’s ambitious real estate goals. The ideal candidate has deep experience in residential real estate sales, has dealt with private offices and HNWIs, and understands the sensitivities of broker relationships. -Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. -Support broker training and communication initiatives. -Develop and implement a comprehensive broker management strategy. -Collaborate with internal teams to align broker activities with business objectives. -Organize broker events, workshops, and roadshows. -Ensure compliance with contracts and agreements. -Analyze market trends and broker performance to guide strategy. -Build and maintain strong broker and agent networks. -Oversee broker performance and ensure compliance with company policies. -Manage broker relations and ensure effective coordination with brokerage firms. -Lead training programs to enhance broker engagement and knowledge. -Act as the main liaison between the company and its broker network.
