Tasks
The Associate supports the Tenant Construction team by assisting with project execution, reviewing tenant plans, tracking lease requirements, working with tenants, and coordinating landlord deliverables. This entry-level role provides foundational experience in tenant construction while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. -Work with senior team members to track schedules and key lease dates, report to cross-functional teams and the Executive Committee, and develop professional skills through participation in team processes. -Work closely with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting, and Operations through various phases of each project. -Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Development, Studio) and external stakeholders to track lease requirements and coordinate landlord deliverables. -Support the team in managing construction deliverables, handling administrative and coordination tasks, and executing assigned work while escalating complex issues to senior team members. -Assist in the handover of premises to tenants, oversee aspects of their construction/opening process, and partner with Operations to transition projects into operating businesses. -Contribute to project reporting and coordination, focused primarily on task execution, while identifying opportunities for small process improvements. -Review tenant plans to ensure compliance with lease agreements, regulatory requirements, and WS design standards; assist with preparing basic work letters and reviewing lease documents.

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Familiarity with pre-design, design, permitting, construction, and cost management of tenant projects. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines with a team-oriented, solutions-driven approach. -Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally by car and plane to meet with internal and external partners and conduct property visits. -Bachelor's degree required. -Understanding of lease terms and conditions from both landlord and tenant perspectives. -Practical knowledge of computer operation required; familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRI (property management software) is a plus.

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
