Tasks
-Adhere to health and safety standards and promote a positive safety-first culture. -Perform basic checks, servicing, and maintenance of equipment. -Ensure compliance with risk assessments, COSHH framework, and industry legislation. -Manage waste appropriately by sorting and recycling all waste streams. -Communicate clearly and efficiently with residents while taking ownership of their issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. -Conduct property clearance, final cleans, and garden work for our empty homes.

What You Bring
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Clean & Clear Operative to join our team in Blackburn. As a Clean and Clear Operative, you will be responsible for conducting property clearance, final cleans, and garden work to ensure our empty homes are prepared for new residents. This is an important role that contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of our properties. -Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and site-specific safety protocols. -Practical experience in cleaning or caretaking. -Ability to operate relevant cleaning/caretaking equipment and machinery. -Experience working in a customer-oriented environment. -Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
