Tasks

-Perform Key Measurements & Calculations: Verify weights, volumes, and measurements to ensure accuracy -Daily Documentation: Record all inspection activities and findings in detailed reports -Conduct Materials Testing: Ensure materials meet quality standards throughout the project lifecycle -Travel Across the Region: Potentially visit Construction sites in Horry, Georgetown, Florence, Marion, Darlington, Dillon, Williamsburg and Marlboro Counties -Physical Responsibilities: Be prepared for heavy lifting and manual tasks as part of the inspection process -Prepare “As-Built” Documentation: Plot and run cross sections, and document project progress -Independent Work: Take ownership of your tasks and work with minimal supervision -Inspect Transportation Construction Projects: Ensure all work and materials meet project plans, proposals, and specifications

What You Bring

--OR- If no degree, at least four (4) years of relevant experience -Erosion Control Certifications -SCDOT Certifications -A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field --OR- An Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field AND two (2) years of relevant experience -Work Outdoors: Enjoy the variety of working in different weather conditions and environments
