The Role

Overview

Administer HSE compliance, coordination, reporting, and audits across Canada

Tasks

Ensure company-wide HSE system compliance with legal and customer requirements• Coordinate with divisional HSE managers and support functions to meet operational administrative needs• Manage client qualification within client systems and government platforms (incl. coordination of licenses, insurance renewal)• Maintain required certifications and coordinate external audits (i.e. COR)• Monitor regulatory changes and support their operational implementation• Oversee health claim management and liaise with provincial worker compensation boards• Lead HSE communications and support safety and sustainability initiatives• Maintain internal HSE documentation and support continuous improvement of the management system• Assist in producing HSE/ESG reports and develop performance dashboards for construction sites and facilities• Occasional travel to construction sites As part of a national HSE team of over 15 professionals, you will be responsible for the administrative side of HSE at ANDRITZ Canada Inc. Working closely with operational divisions and support functions, you will actively contribute to regulatory compliance, HSE performance, and the company’s safety culture.

University degree in HSE, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations—or equivalent experience (an asset)• Relevant experience in HSE operations or administrative management in Canada• Knowledge of provincial health and safety regulations (Ex: CNESST, WSIB), an asset• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external bodies• Detail-oriented, autonomous, organized, and a strong team player• Proficient in both French and English (spoken and written) Why do you fit the profile?Successful teams share objectives, and they also share values!
