Lead senior director managing complex construction projects and business development.

Tasks

-Plans and Aligns- Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with the organization's goals -Serves as the Senior Resource on all projects -Primary focus is on the day-to-day management of the business, including: Collections of fees, updating of forecasts, Requests for additional services, developing/writing proposals for new business, Lease review, contracts, and other agreements -Develops existing client relationships through project performance and client management -Directs Work- Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done -Builds Networks- Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization -Collaborates- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives -Participates in the interview and selection process of new resources -Prepares and leads client presentations -Attend weekly project meetings on active construction sites -Defines, designs, and owns the execution of multiple, and/or complex, and / or wide-scope initiatives and/or teams -Continued execution and support of all deliverables through the Associate Director level -Builds Effective Teams- Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals

Has strong core values and is interested in working for a value-driven organization. -Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field -Willing to relocate to where projects are based -12+ Years of experience in a similar role -Experience with sports stadiums, sports arenas, or convention centers -5+ Years of experience leading teams -Proficient in Microsoft Suite -Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus -Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
