Tasks

-You will actively engage with Data center, mining, industrial and renewable customers for Substation level & Balance of Plant level Service level agreement (SLA) and package service solutions, promptly follow up on RFQ, Tenders and other customer-based actions to produce the most compelling, concise proposal response, competitive prices, credit terms and support preparation of sales offers. -You will be responsible for pre-bid queries and post-bid customer clarification to ensure positive customer experience throughout the whole sales process. -You will focus on installed base penetration (IB) and sell the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other service units, build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues, work with existing & new customers to identify opportunities and analyze customers' need to recommend services and/or solutions that best meet the customers' requirements. -You will collaborate with Hitachi Energy Service Sales Manager and Front-End Sales Team on promoting Digital & Service portfolio, planning, developing, and delivering the Sales & marketing strategy for the service portfolio including long-term service level agreements. -You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -You will participate in negotiations with customers on technical, contractual, and commercial content of the proposal and provide information on the risk review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy and participate in the risk review assessment as needed. -You will analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization, perform Win/lost proposal analysis, identify potential cause and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

What You Bring

-A proven track record (or demonstrated ability) of client engagement in the electrical industry, specifically in service. Previous experience or knowledge of service level agreement, maintenance master service agreement, commissioning, repair and spare parts would be highly considered -You hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Australia. -International working environment and empowering working culture. -More than 3years of Service sales & marketing experience in energy industry in the areas of electrification projects, transmission & distribution, data centers & renewable services or utility/transmission developer experience -Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strategic Business Acumen, and resilience in sales pursuits and results oriented: drive to meet and exceed business goals. Willingness to travel regularly as required. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective customer engagement. -Being familiar with GIS, GCB, AIS circuit breakers, Transformer & other high voltage equipment’s digital solutions, especially exposure to Hitachi Energy Digital Portfolio would be desirable.
