Tasks

-Develop and maintain relationships with local dealer sales and customer representatives -Develop and cultivate relationships with dealer management and make regular sales calls on these accounts to align objectives -Develop and implement sales strategies and vision to increase business -Be the railing expert in the assigned territory providing infield training to installers, dealer sales representatives and the AZEK Sales Team -Making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. -Meet with end users to generate awareness and understanding of AZEK's Railing products and convert them to ongoing customers.

What You Bring

-Must be energetic, self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills. -College degree required (sales, marketing, business). -Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others and enlisting their support by using a “selling” rather than “telling” communication style; and -Experience in building industry, or work as a contractor seen as a huge plus. -5+ years sales experience a plus but not mandatory. -Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. -In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.
