Account Representative

Overview

Sell service agreements, inspections, maintenance; manage accounts for national ITM service group.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Assist the customer over the phone in emergency situations -Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured -Generate sales of new Inspection Agreements and other services using identifying, prospecting, qualifying and other sales techniques. Grow customer base. -Project Manage projects for larger accounts -Provide customer service first. -Become knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes and NFPA 25 -Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services -Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases

What You Bring

-Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision -This position requires a proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills. Must be tech savvy. -Professionalism in email and over the phone. -Sprinkler knowledge preferred -Sales experience preferred. -Ability to multi-task -Electronic organization and expedient. -Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record -Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required -Ability to travel when necessary -Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.
