Tasks

-Analyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines -Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team -Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project team -Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates -Lead the development of the total project estimate
