Prepare regular reports and briefs and/or lead calls on contractual actions, lessons learned, status updates, and knowledge transfers
Implementation of contractual commercial levers and balanced risk approaches
Lead knowledge-transfer sessions on vendor obligations for Project Delivery insight
Lead contractual document drafting, interpretation, and comparative analysis efforts
Actively contribute to value-additive initiatives for enhanced processes, efficiencies, cost-savings and effectiveness cross-functionally
Actively contribute and/or lead department initiatives for processes and resource development supporting contract management best practices.
Flow Down identification and vendor impact analysis
Risk mitigation support and coordination with delivery teams and other stakeholders
Identification and mitigation of deviations, gaps, and risks in compliance requirements

Demonstrated experience with presentation creation and delivery for variety of stakeholders
Ability to clearly communicate and connect with professionals at all levels (entry level to executives)
Bachelor’s Degree or Industry-recognized Certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Procurement, or a related field
Solution-focused, strategic mindset, and coachable
EPC or renewable energy industry supply chain experience
Notice and Dispute assistance, change order support, language interpretation and analysis
