The Role
Overview
Assist community manager with finances, leasing, and resident relations.

Tasks
-Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes -Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reports -Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss and enhance community performance -Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager -Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with Community Manager or other members of the leadership team -Support Leasing Consultants in the leasing of apartments and lease apartments if necessary -Process notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions and all associated collections activities as necessary -Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee the administration of accounting functions for the community

What You Bring
-Clear oral and written communication and superior interpersonal skills -Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel required -Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials -Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs. -Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects -Demonstration of Bell Core Values and the ability to successfully work on a team -Exceptional customer service and ability to work on a team -Onesite/Rent Roll experience preferred -Regular attendance and punctuality -BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination -Previous supervisory experience and leasing experience preferred -1+ years of experience in property management industry preferred -Strong collections experience and Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required
