Tasks

-Being accountable for continuous improvements to processes to deliver quality robust solutions -Collaborating with internal cross-functional and leadership teams to identify product improvements and influence key decisions -Providing expert knowledge for embedded software systems to meet budget and customer delivery times -Leading small to medium sized teams of software engineers to deliver projects and products for our customers

What You Bring

-Good Problem-solving abilities and is a self-starter -Working remotely from home or any other work location (up to 2 days a week) -Expertise in the development of embedded software systems using Operating systems like Linux, Micrium etc. -Experience in GUI development using QML is beneficial -Demonstrable project and team leadership experience leading to the delivery of successful business solutions -Have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer or Electronic Engineering -Demonstrable lead experience in full life cycle embedded software development, including requirements and reviews -Significant skills at development using C++ for embedded applications -Experience of developing Arm based processors like STM32 -Reasonable hardware knowledge -Good understanding of test methodologies, use of static and dynamic code analysis etc. -Experience in working in an agile methodology, use of modern version control tools like Github
