The Role

Tasks

Support the coordination and follow-up of special projects within the plant. Collaborate with other areas (Quality, Engineering, Production, Logistics) to ensure proper execution of plans. Identify and communicate possible delays or risks in activities. Prepare progress reports. Participate in internal and, occasionally, external meetings to negotiate timelines, resources, or deliverables. Maintain accurate records of activities and key metrics. Provide daily follow-up on manufacturing area activities, verifying that estimated timelines are met.

What You Bring

Analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and effective communication. Knowledge valued in: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com), and databases. The Activities and Reports Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring operational activities, ensuring that estimated timelines are met, generating reports and presentations for management, and supporting negotiations or communications with different areas when necessary. This position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication in English and Spanish. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts). PowerPoint for executive presentations. Languages: Advanced English (fluent in reading, writing, and conversation). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Systems, or related fields (for Clerk, a technical degree or recent graduate may be considered). Experience: 1–3 years in similar roles involving activity tracking, reporting, or project coordination in manufacturing.
