The Role

Overview

Part‑time onsite facilitator overseeing common area quality, repairs, QA, and resident issues.

Tasks

-Act as a goodwill ambassador between the Board and the community. -Coordinate repairs and service for items noted on facility reviews. -Review the common facilities (mail centers, lakes, trails and other common areas) on an ongoing basis to verify quality and cleanliness of systems and structures, as well as to ensure proper use by residents only and call and coordinate with local law enforcement and Conservation offices to address unauthorized users. -Follow up on member concerns and or complaints submitted through Town Square or -Perform QA/QC audits for all contracted services.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years
  • high school
