Acts as a primary lead on projects.
Produces project reports that synthesize data collected from onsite inspections, laboratory examinations, testing, research, and performance analysis to determine the most likely cause of failure and provide recommendations on repair or replacement.
Makes independent decisions for projects including selection of analysis and testing methods and allocating resources relevant to the project.
If requested, oversees the development of repair or replacement design scope.
