An excellent opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to take responsibility for a diverse commercial portfolio within a specialist managing agent recognised for quality and growth.

You will be responsible for a varied portfolio including retail parks, shopping centres, multi-let offices (including a landmark “trophy” asset), and industrial estates.

• Experience across retail or mixed-use assets.
• Confident managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The position is primarily Property Management, with scope to take on Asset Management responsibilities as the portfolio evolves. You will work closely with a full in house management team of surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, gaining direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

• Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience.
