Lease Administrator

Overview

Manage lease administration, payments, rent rolls and reporting for property portfolio.

Tasks

-Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. -Preparation of monthly rent roll and variation reports -Validation and calculation of rent reviews -General liaison with client and suppliers. -Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates. -Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. -Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
