Tasks

-Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency. -Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. -Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, reporting any damages. -Pick, pack, and stage orders, verifying accuracy using scanning tools. -Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams. -Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance. -Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment. -Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers. -Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory.

What You Bring

-Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. -Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail. -Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. -Technical Skills: Basic math skills for accurate order processing; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
