Assist accounting team with data entry, financial analysis, month‑end closing, and reporting.

Tasks

-Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures. -Work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company. -Scan and load current month journal entries to SharePoint. -Reconciling general ledger accounts. -Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development. -Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. -Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. -Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned. -Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across different departments, which may include research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives.

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability -Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing Accounting degree -Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources -Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude -Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States to be eligible for this position.
