Tasks

-Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices. -Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Assist with tender handover, planning and contract and risk management and project close out. -Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. -Engage and manage subcontractors and suppliers. -Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. -Coordinate project delivery.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team based in Tivendale, Northern Territory. Ideally, this role would be suited to candidates with exposure across asphalt, spray sealing or civil road construction environments. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Engineer to learn all aspects of our operations and work within a driven and enthusiastic team. Key Responsibilities -An understanding of project management as well as engineering principles and construction methods. -Tool of Trade Vehicle -An understanding of planning, execution and reporting of projects. -Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environment. -Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering. -Exposure to civil road construction or an asphalt environment would be highly advantageous. -Proven ability to manage and monitor projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirements. -A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
