Prepare construction and industrial Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
Assist clients in addressing their project development challenges and goals by working with project teams across multiple disciplines to perform site-specific analyses and assessments
Conduct technical analyses to support planning, development, permitting and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
Prepare technical design reports, compliance reports and permit application packages
Work directly with clients professionally and display a service-oriented attitude
Work with designers and permitting specialists to prepare civil site design packages for a wide variety of projects supporting private developers, commercial/industrial facilities, and municipal infrastructure that comply with applicable local, state and federal regulations
Design and assist with implementation of site remediation measures
Prepare grading and erosion and sedimentation control plans
Manage the work performance for multiple dynamic projects, develop solutions to project challenges, and communicate proactively with senior staff
Perform civil/site design and planning to support a wide variety of land development projects
Attend and present project designs and applications at various Planning Board/AHJ meetings

10+ years
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, including current refresher training, or ability to obtain within 12 months
Experience with the development and implementation of infrastructure technical plans, designs, and specifications
Strong technical writing and data management, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience performing construction monitoring and oversight
Proficiency with HydroCAD or other infrastructure modeling/hydrology software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience with Colorado PE licensure, or ability to acquire within 3 months
A strong understanding of local, state, and federal level permitting for a variety of development types including State (CO) infrastructure permitting and town/city site plan review applications
Ability to prepare and manage budgets, schedules, invoicing, subcontractor procurement and oversight
Willingness to build a sustaining practice and engage in business development efforts including being active in professional organizations
Experience independently analyzing and interpreting data regarding site uses and topography to develop infrastructure management plans and best management practices
Experience performing engineer’s estimates of probable cost estimates for infrastructure, and land development activities utilizing both RS Means and contractor contacts
Ability to make decisions and perform as an independent thinker and leader, but also collaborate with project team personnel
Proven direct infrastructure, and roadway contractor working relationships
