  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team across multiple countries.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to take informed strategic decisions.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and projects within the Business Unit, adhering to quality standards and timelines.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the region.
  • Collaborate with country heads to align business unit goals & promote cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • P&L Accountability: Assume full P&L responsibility for the PPS Business Unit across Asia. This includes setting financial targets, managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitable growth.
  • Business Development: Lead business development initiatives, identify key client needs, and secure major projects and contracts within the region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse business performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building across the business unit.
  • Regional Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a robust growth strategy across Asia (with initial focus on Singapore & Malaysia), identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue expansion.
