Tasks
Hands-On Technical Challenge – This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll be actively involved in construction-stage delivery, technical reviews, and site coordination—bringing designs to life and solving real-world challenges. Strategic Influence – You’ll help shape how B&W delivers construction-stage services, contributing to long-term business goals and client satisfaction. Your input will matter. Client-Facing Leadership – Step into a high-visibility role where you’ll be the trusted point of contact for major clients. You’ll lead project delivery, influence outcomes, and build lasting relationships with hyperscale and colocation clients. If you enjoy leading projects on-site and being the leader that the client relies on to make sure the data centre build is being delivered on time, to budget, at the expected level of quality and meeting all compliance requirements then this opportunity is for you. This is a newly created function for our European team, to initially support the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Austria. The role bridges the gap between design and construction phases, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery. There is an extensive pipeline of additional projects from this client over the next 5 years.

What You Bring

You will be able to make an impact both internally and with clients and receive suitable recognition. -Experience in data centre projects preferred but not essential -Comfortable working in a hybrid role across design and construction -Strong stakeholder management and communication skills -Background in construction project management with design coordination experience -Some relevant engineering knowledge and credible experience in architecture, structures, civils, security and permitting. -Willingness to travel to site as needed
