Tasks

-Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance tasks -Maintain and update work order systems -Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs -Work collaboratively with the Property Manager to achieve operational goals and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines -Provide clear communication and status updates to residents and staff -Lead and perform diagnostics and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, general maintenance, and unit turnovers -Schedule and oversee contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers -Manage the move-in and move-out process, including scheduling and completion of apartment turns
