We are seeking an accomplished Principal Scientist with an advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field to lead research and development efforts in laser-based analytical technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in laser spectroscopy, laser-induced fluorescence, and molecular laser interactions, along with a strong background in analytical chemistry and instrument development.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven expertise in laser-molecule interactions, system design, and optical alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead complex research programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience integrating laser systems into analytical instruments.
- Familiarity with data acquisition, signal processing, or computational modeling of spectroscopic data.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with laser spectroscopy, fluorescence, and analytical instrumentation.
